Employment - Domestic Engineer

Minimum Requirements

- Current Food Handlers card

- Demonstrated knowledge of the DHS rules and regulations that pertain to kitchen, food handling, sanitation and cleaning.

Nature of the job

- Serve meals and snacks daily

- Maintain the center’s cleanliness

Ensure Child Care Licensure requirements are followed, such as proper hand washing, wearing gloves, label and date open foods, follow menus posted, assure proper food temperatures, appropriate food amounts, and adequate temperature in refrigerator and freezer
