The Creative Curriculum is the curriculum of choice for the Tots Unlimited Gilbert preschools. We use the cutting-edge concepts that accompany this research-based curriculum to develop 8 learning centers in each of our age and developmentally appropriate classrooms. The Creative Curriculum’s core premise is that young children learn best when they are guided and coached to explore and discover their environment. The activities and materials that we use in each of these learning centers are designed specifically engage each child and propel their interest in learning. Our teachers are trained to guide each child as they create their own educational activities based upon their own unique and natural interests. This method has been proven to be much more effective than the lecture-method that the typical curriculums call for. In fact, The Creative Curriculum is so effective that one-by-one, Tots Unlimited children have scored off the charts and way above the Arizona average for kindergarten-readiness.
With a payment program like ours, other childcare centers in the Gilbert community simply can’t compare. We have developed a payment plan that works for EVERY types of work schedule, even those that change from week to week or month to month. Basically, we do not believe in charging the typical monthly flat-fee required by other preschools. We know that such a flat-fee does not account for the time that the child is not under the care of the facility, and we do not think that this is logical or fair to parents. Instead, we keep track of exactly how much time each child is under our care, and charge only for this time. So our parents do not have to dread that costly and inflated monthly childcare bill. Even better, they are able to spend more worry-free quality time with their child; this is the most important thing to Tots Unlimited Preschools.
Classrooms and playgrounds are important and formative environments for young children. Tots Unlimited Preschools ensures that these two environments are safe, clean, fun, and educationally stimulating. They do so by creating separate playgrounds and separate classrooms based upon age-group. For example, toddlers have classroom furniture and playground equipment that is designed for their particular size and developmental level, and our school-agers have play equipment and furniture that are appropriate for their age and abilities. Hot and nutritious meals come with our program, so parents can rest assured that their child is receiving healthy food daily.
Tots Unlimited Preschools puts safety at the top of their list of importance. We use Certified Mini School Busses because they are safer than the vans that are typically used by most preschools. We make sure all of our doors are safe and secure by installing code/key access only equipment. Our classrooms are also guaranteed to be safe and secure with our closed circuit television monitors that are installed in each classroom of all of our facilities. Tots Unlimited Preschools is dedicated to hiring teachers that can offer the most expertise and care to the children under our care. They undergo more in-service training and education than the state of Arizona requires. They use this information, which is garnered from monthly in-service trainings, and weekend classes, to create unique education and care programs for each child.
