We know that the quality the curriculum utilized in young childhood education is vital to each child’s success in elementary school and beyond. This is why we choose to use a research-based program called The Creative Curriculum. This program has driven all of our 10 facilities well above the standard for scores of kindergarten readiness for the state of Arizona. Each Tots Unlimited classroom is designed according to the principals of The Creative Curriculum; they are age-specific, each with 8 learning centers. These learning centers are stocked with motivational education materials, as well as activities that stimulate interest and creative-learning. With The Creative Curriculum, children learn by investigation as opposed to the out-dated traditional teacher-instruction methods.

Tots Unlimited Preschools has a lot to offer growing families. In addition to great teachers, great facilities, and a great curriculum, we also offer a payment program that is practical and reasonable. Or payment program is a pay-as-you-go system: Parents do not pay for days or times when their child is not under our care. So, say goodbye to the traditional ‘flat-fee’ payment programs that make parents pay the same high amount each month regardless of how much services they actually use. We strive to ensure that every child gets the chance to spend as much time as possible with their parent. This payment policy makes this possible and makes high quality daycare affordable.

All 6 of our Mesa locations are conveniently located just around the corner. Our facilities have safe and fun playgrounds that are designed based upon the ages of the children who use them. In other words, each age group has their own playground with age-appropriate, safe, and FUN play equipment. Our classrooms are developed in the same manner. The furniture and learning materials in each classroom match the age of the children. Both our shady playgrounds and sunny classrooms are safe, clean, and have a supportive learning environment.

Safety is so important to Tots Unlimited Preschools. This is why we transport all of our children in Certified Mini School Busses as opposed to vans. These busses are proven to be safer than the vans that most other preschools use. We also require that each staff member maintain current CPR and First Aid certification. Also, to ensure the safety of our facilities, we use only code-key access doors, and we install closed circuit television monitors in each of our classrooms.

The high quality of care and education that each parent finds at Tots Unlimited Preschools is due to our heavy investment into our teachers. We select only the best professionals, and we have the highest retention rate in Arizona. Our teachers love to work for such a high quality, friendly, and dedicated company. We invest into the continuing education of our lead teachers, and we exceed state standards in the amount of training we require of our teachers. We hold monthly in-services and weekend Tots University classes. Our teachers do not see these continuing education sessions as merely requirements. They consider them to be great opportunities to discuss the best ways to implement the curriculum and manage behavior in ways that are specific to Tots Unlimited children. Each of our 6 mesa locations accept with care children ages 1 through 12, and we have specific programs for each age group in between.
