The Creative Curriculum is founded upon the integration 70 years of numerous types of educational research. The Creative Curriculum provides theoretically based educational tools, and emphasizes the fact that each young child is different. We follow the guidelines outlined in The Creative Curriculum to create unique educational programs to meet the specific needs for each child. In each classroom, we have eight learning centers that are designed to coincide with the appropriate learning and developmental level of the child. At each of these learning centers, we have educational activities that foster growing levels of interest in every child. The Creative Curriculum is designed to motivate children to use inquiry and exploration in their learning processes. This method of learning has been proven to work better than the typical generic curriculums.
One of the many benefits of Tots Unlimited Preschools is our payment program. While most daycare centers require a flat fee that makes parents pay for days that their children are not in daycare. In contrast, we only charge for the times that your child is in our care. This means that when a parent has a day off and their child does not attend day care, the parent does not have to pay! All we require is 24 hours notice. For those parents who have work schedules that differ from week to week, this payment plan is perfect. This unique program maximizes the time that the child is with their parent, while minimizing the cost of childcare.
The Tots Unlimited Preschools in Mesa are conveniently located and easy to find. Our playgrounds are shady, and our classrooms are sunny. The playgrounds outside each of our facilities are safe, and offer play equipment that is appropriate for toddlers all the way to older school-age children. For the older children, we offer fun things like mini-basketball courts, tricycle and bike yards, as well as climbers. The younger children have their own playgrounds that have fun ground-level toys and equipment. The classrooms and playgrounds are safe, clean, and fun places for each child to explore and develop emotional, social, and academic skills. Each classroom is adapted to the differing ages and developmental level of Tots Unlimited children.
Tots Unlimited Preschools is determined to keep our facilities equipped with the most modern and effective safety precautions. We have installed closed-circuit television and code-key access in every building. We use Certifies Mini-School Busses due to the fact they have been found to be safer than vans. In addition to these modern safety precautions, each teacher has up-to-date certifications in CPR and First Aid.
The teachers at each Mesa facility are long term veterans of Tots Unlimited Preschools. Each facility is run by kind and caring professionals. It is obvious that all of our staff members at each of our 6 facilities are highly skilled and experienced. We host weekend Tots University classes, and our lead instructors attend monthly training sessions. The amount of in-services and training that Tots Unlimited requires exceeds state standards. We provide age appropriate care programs for infants, toddlers, toilet-trainers.
