The Creative Curriculum differs from generic cookie cutter curriculums that other childcare centers use. Each Tots Unlimited Mesa preschool location is proud to provide their children with The Creative Curriculum. This gives children with the BEST opportunities to learn and develop a love of learning. The Creative Curriculum was developed with information garnered from 75 years of education research. This research emphasizes that each child is different; thus each child needs tailored curriculum to fit their needs. The Creative Curriculum is all about children using their creativity to learn. Each facility follows the criteria of this curriculum by developing 8, age-appropriate learning stations. These learning stations host a myriad of activities that MOTIVATE children to learn, as opposed to making learning a task.
Tots Unlimited Preschools understands how difficult traditional daycare payment programs can be for young, growing families. This is why we offer the most practical payment program for Arizona families. While most day cares will make parents pay a flat fee regardless of how much time their child actually spends in the facility, we only charge for the times that the child is in our care. This accommodates flexible schedules and work schedules that are not the typical Monday through Friday 9 – 5. This payment program was designed in order to make quality care more affordable for growing families.
The Mesa Tots Unlimited Preschools are conveniently located and easy to find. We have the best classrooms that foster creativity and make learning EXCITING for each child. Each of our classrooms is designed according to the ages and developmental abilities of the children that are assigned that classroom. We have furniture, such as desks, chairs, sinks, and toilets that are designed to be just the right size for a child. Our classrooms are bright, clean, and have a happy atmosphere that fosters creativity. Our beautiful playgrounds serve as the perfect places for the children to learn important social skills. Our playgrounds are not just a typical playground. We have playgrounds that have plenty of shade. We select play equipment that is not only fun, but also educational and age-appropriate. So we have low level play equipment for toddlers and other young children, and more advanced play equipment, such as climbers, for the older children.
Safety is the highest priority at all Tots Unlimited Preschools. We have installed code-key-access doors and closed circuit television. We use Certified Mini-School Busses since they have been proven to be safer than vans. All staff members remain current with their First Aid and CPR certifications.
Each Tots Unlimited location has created a great team of professionals who are experts when it comes to the care and education of young children. Each team member loves their job and it shows. We are proud of the expertise that characterizes each of our teachers. Our instructors attend Tots University monthly to learn more about how to specifically help Tots Unlimited children. We also exceed state requirements by scheduling monthly in-service training session. The result of such extensive training is the ability of each team to create safe, clean, and happy environments which allow children to explore and learn to interact with their environment.
The Mesa locations that are owned and operated by Tots Unlimited Preschools take children ages 1to 12 years old. Some of our locations care for infants as well. We offer excellent programs for each developmental level. This includes a comprehensive and beneficial after-school-program.
