In other words, children retain more information when the learning activities are active as opposed to passive. The developers behind The Creative Curriculum use this basic premise and channel it into the creation of 8 learning centers that are meant to be constructed in age specific and developmentally-appropriate classrooms. Tots Unlimited is proud of the safety and cleanliness that characterizes the classrooms and playgrounds at each of our facilities. We have play structures appropriate for toddlers, preschoolers, and older children. Our playgrounds are created according to age as are our classrooms. The furniture in each of our classrooms is designed to be comfortable and safe for young children of varying sizes.
Every child is safe under our care. Our facilities are secured with code/key access doors and we make sure to install closed-circuit television in each classroom. We also establish firm safety standards by using Certified Mini School Busses to drive our children from place to place.
Our company is proud to inform our parents of the fact that we are the only preschool company that requires that our teachers receive levels of training that are actually higher than Arizona requirements. With weekend classes at our very own Tots University and monthly intensive in-service trainings, we provide our instructors with plenty of time to create ways to create behavior-management plans and effective curriculum plans. Our programs are designed for toddler (starting at 1 year) up to elementary students up to 12 years of age. We guarantee appropriate and individualized attention for each age group by creating classrooms and playgrounds that are age-appropriate.
