We subscribe to The Creative Curriculum because we know that it is nationally respected and exceeds the Arizona state requirements. With 8 learning centers in every classroom, we are able to employ the new concepts of The Creative Curriculum. The activities and educational materials of this written curriculum are designed to increase each child’s motivation to learn. Even better, it motivates children to discover how to learn by themselves. In other words, this curriculum guides children to begin to learn by inquiry. As they interact with the curriculum, they develop their own questions and thus find the answers themselves or with the help of a lead instructor. This provides children with the self confidence that they need to be successful in their academic future.
Another thing that makes Tots Unlimited Preschools the leading example of excellent care is the fact that we make it affordable. We do not charge the typical expensive flat monthly bill that can seem overwhelming at the end of each month. Instead, we only ask parents to pay as they go; we refuse to charge parents for times when their children are with them and not with us. What a perfect payment program for any type of work schedule!
The playgrounds and classrooms at each Tots Unlimited facility are designed for children of different levels of development and different ages. Our sinks, toilets, tables, and other classroom furniture correspond to the size of the children in each classroom. Our play equipment is also designed to fit the size of the children that use it. Each age group is provided with their own playground that is designed according to the safety needs and play behavior of each age group.
Not only are our classrooms perfect for children of all ages and abilities, they are also clean, safe, and fun.
Safety is a huge focus for Tots Unlimited Preschools. We ensure the safety of each child and each facility a number of ways. We transport children in Certified Mini School Busses; Install closed circuit television in each classroom; and require code-key access doors in all facilities. In addition, our entire staff is responsible to maintain current certifications in both CPR and First Aid.
People do not get any better than those that care for Tots Unlimited children. Our instructors are professional, experienced, and well-informed. We require more instructor training than is even required in the state of Arizona. We have monthly in-services in addition to weekend Tots University classes. Our instructors love the high amount of training they receive because it allows them to brainstorm with each other regarding how to provide the absolute best care to each child. Our location in Tempe has excellent instructors and care takers that create care programs designed for infants, toddlers, toilet trainers, preschoolers, prekindergartners, as well as school age children up to the age of 12.
